Returns and Exchanges
We want to ensure that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase from Bar Code Graphics. Most items can be returned or exchanged in original, unopened condition. A restocking fee may be applied for hardware items. Please note some Here’s the process for returning or exchanging products:
- Call Bar Code Graphics at; 800.662.0701 or email us at; orders@barcode-us.com requesting a Return Material Authorization (RMA).
- We will email you an RMA within 2-3 days, and include shipping instructions.
- Item/s must be returned in their original condition including original packaging all accessories
- RMA number must be printed clearly on shipping box

Databar Decoder/Encoder Subscriptions
Users of online tools and subscriptions provided by Bar Code Graphics must abide by our Terms and Conditions. In order to prevent coupon fraud in the marketplace, user activity may be archived and shared with coupon fraud investigations. Any subscribers found to use an online tool for fraudulent activity will loose their access without recourse. These tools are used to assist companies to create/validate compliant and authorized coupons. Bar Code Graphics, Inc. makes no guarantees to the accuracy of results provided and is not responsible for any inaccuracies and is not liable for any consequential damages. There are no refunds available for the Yearly Databar Decoder/Encoder Tools subscriptions.
